The owner of this shop is incredibly lazy and keeps it shut most of the time.
If you'd like it to reopen, you'll need to track him down and bribe him with chocolate meeting all of the following criteria:
- Single-origin cacao, hand-harvested at altitude ≥ 800m
- Cocoa content between 68% and 72% (±0.5% tolerance)
- Stone-ground for no fewer than 72 hours
- Conched at exactly 49°C — not 48, not 50
- Zero soy lecithin. If you don't know what that means, don't bother.
- Wrapped in unbleached paper. No foil. No plastic. Ever.
- Must have won at least one international award nobody has heard of
